    While doing a juice fast, there is no food consumed. Only juice. Have a juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a smaller juice for your two snacks. Drink water and herbal tea across the day and stay hydrated beyond these 'meal and snack' times.

    If you are simply adding in a juice on a day, then add in < 1 cup fruit and vegetable juice with any regular meal or snack. At this point it is not a juice replacement. You are simply incorporating juicing into your regular day.
