Incorporating Juice (not fast) into everyday


Now that I've purchased a juicer I would love to be able to use it other than for just juice fasts.  How would I incorporate juices into my everyday - now and after the challenge?  Could it be a snack if I add some nuts with it?

    You can easily incorporate this into your daily plan: <1 cup of fruit/ veg juice per day added to one meal or snack (need protein). If used on a regular basis (versus a juice fast), do not let this juice replace food. No need to adjust for the calories, they are minimal and the benefits are high!
