I plan to do a 3-day Juice Ritual. I want to prepare my body these next few days. Last time I did a juice cleanse, I ate vegetarian for 5 days (I'm a huge meat eater so this is also an experience and challenge for me!).
I want to also follow your current challenge meal plan as I prepare my body for the cleanse. Do you have any pointers/tips before I begin the juice fast?
